The Webinarfollowup Article of Your Dreams

For each level of your webinar sales funnel, you'll find an webinarfollowup email template here, along with advice on how to convert more webinar participants into paying clients.

Contents

Organize and send out invites to your webinar attendees as you finalise your presentation. To help you get started, here are webinarfollowup email templates that I've put up after doing some research.

What are some examples of email subject lines for webinar follow-ups?

The follow-up emails should have the same one-on-one character as the webinar invitations in order to stand out in the recipient's mailbox. It's more probable that a receiver will open an email with a subject line like "Thanks for attending [random webinar title]" written in a personal tone of voice.

As an illustration of what I'm talking about, have a look at these follow-up email subject lines from webinars:

Don't miss the next webinars, <FIRST NAME>!

Thank you for joining us, <FIRST NAME>. Please find attached the supplemental resources.

You missed out on the webinar, <FIRST NAME>.

This webinar recording is for you, <FIRST NAME>.

<FIRST NAME>, how was the webinar with Don Draper that you attended?

When I read the subject lines of these emails, I had the distinct impression that the people behind them are genuine people. No, they don't appear like an automated response. That's a positive thing for both the receiver and email deliverability. Because of personalisation, your follow-ups will not be flagged as spam by spam filters for webinarfollowup.

Each level of the webinar sales funnel has its own follow-up email template

Getting people to sign up for your webinar is the first step in the sales funnel. You may supplement your inbound advertising with an outward campaign aimed at individuals who might be interested in your webinar subject in order to get the widest possible audience.

As a result, the invitation is the first email in your webinar email chain. In this blog article, you'll discover examples of effective webinar invitations, as well as tips on how to craft your own.

The next step in the funnel is to drive more people to register

Templates for follow-up emails to encourage people to sign up for webinars

Sending invitations isn't enough. Let individuals know that you've had a pending webinar invitation that they could have missed if you're so inclined. In order to entice people who haven't enrolled yet, provide further information. A more in-depth summary of the topics you'll cover during the webinar may suffice in certain cases. Creating a feeling of urgency, such as a limited number of tickets, might also encourage your invitees to register.

In order to get more people to sign up for a webinar, send a follow-up email with a reminder and further details:

You're welcome, <FIRST NAME>. My earlier email with a webinar invitation was sent to you. Have you seen it? You have the option of reserving a seat: [link].

During the webinar, we'll be discussing the following topics:

What additional outlets can you utilise to reach out to new customers?

What resources can you utilise to identify potential customers more quickly and easily?

Do you think it's worth it to acquire a prospect list? (Spoiler alert: the answer is no, but we'll explain why later)

In order to develop a successful prospecting process, what are the best practises?

I am looking forward to seeing you!

Get more people to show up by using follow-up templates

What happened when more than 100 participants signed up for a webinar, but only 12 of them actually attended? Your event's participation rate may be increased by increasing the registrants' interest and generating buzz for webinarfollowup.

What issues or subjects would your audience want to have addressed in your presentation, such as in the following example?

Thank you for visiting, <FIRST NAME>. Thank you for signing up for the webinar.

When you think about [webinar subject], we'd love to discuss any and all of your worries and questions. As a follow-up, please let me know if there's anything in particular you'd want to talk about.

Good morning, and I hope to see you on the webinar shortly!

Other ideas include a competition for the most active participants or a discount for all webinar participants. You need to come up with an idea that is both appealing to your target audience and practical in terms of business.

Increase webinar conversions with follow-up templates

Even if your webinar is done, your webinar sales funnel isn't either. Follow up with the attendees while the iron is still smouldering. Send them some more papers and set up a one-on-one encounter.

Take a look at these three email templates for webinar follow-ups:

Hello <FIRST NAME>, I'm <FIRST NAME>. Thank you for participating in the webinar that took place on Thursday. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

The concepts presented in COMPANY" are something I'd want to discuss with you. Would you be available for a brief phone call at 8 a.m. on Thursday?

P.S. If you missed the webinar, you can view it again here: [link] Have a great day!

Hello <FIRST NAME>, I'm <FIRST NAME>. I appreciate your attendance at my webinar the other day. As promised, I've sent you:

<recording of a webcast>

<along with a few more>

The subjects we covered in the webinar may be addressed further in a one-on-one meeting this week if you'd want to contact me.

Until we meet again, thank you!

Hello <FIRST NAME>, I'm <FIRST NAME>. I hope you had a good time on the latest webinar.

You may be interested in learning more about how Colliber can SNIPPET 1" at your company. Would you want to meet up next week to talk about this?

And I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Templates for getting in touch with those who have missed meetings

Keep in mind individuals who were unable to attend your webinar and don't write them off. There's a strong probability that if you pay attention to them, they'll ultimately change their minds. Keep in contact with them, invite them to another webinar, or provide them useful resources or a one-on-one meeting.

The following email is an example of a follow-up message you may send to those who were unable to attend your webinar:

You're welcome, <FIRST NAME>. We're sorry you missed the webinar! However, nothing has been lost. Using this link, you can access the recording at any time: [link].

In addition, we'll be holding a webinar on prospecting strategies next Thursday at 1pm Eastern. With Jim Perry from Colliber.io, we're co-organizing the event this time around.

Confirmation of Registration

Congratulations! There is nothing left to do except relax and enjoy the ride. So you've got yourself registered.

Now you must ensure that the registrant is truly a participant. Keep their interest by sending a Registration Confirmation email automatically once they register.

As soon as you send out an invitation, you'll see an immediate increase in attendance.

As a result, it's a good idea to include the time or title of your webinar in the subject line so that your registrants can easily find it in their email. In cases when the subject line is too full, use preview text to communicate the additional bits of crucial information.

Attending an event isn't all about your company's swag or your presenter's funny quips. Attendance at virtual events is driven by the expectation of gaining something of value. Your prospects are eager to learn more about what you have to offer.

Think about adding some value to your webinar follow-up email when you send it. White papers, presentation decks or long-form strategy guides may be attached to your email.

Regardless of what you provide, you'll be seen as an industry thought leader. Sharing materials through email is something we encourage on a regular basis, but we think it's especially valuable when the message is geared toward pointing people to other resources.

Hello RESOURCES, <first name>.

As promised, here are some RESOURCES to assist you in learning the most important lesson from the event.

Feedback from a webinar may be sent through email

In addition, sending out a post-webinar survey email is a good way to get attendees' comments. No matter how many people come, at least one or two of them will be eager to share their opinions with you.

This follow-up email may also be used to invite them to a forthcoming webinar and perhaps advance them along the sales funnel.

We'd like to hear what you have to say...

Personal

Sending tailored follow-up emails is another effective approach to drive prospects along the sales funnel.

So that you can follow up with guests who have shown an interest in learning more about your topic, assign a member of your staff to take notes on what they say.

Participants want to know that you care about them as individuals, and sending a tailored webinar follow-up email is a great opportunity to do exactly that.

Greetings, first name ", and welcome!
