How to Set it up?
It is easy to setup. First you will need to sign up for an outreach account by clicking here! Simply enter your email address, password and name when prompted.
Next select the plan that fits your needs best at checkout. Once inside outreach, click "Create a Project" in the top right menu.
This will allow you to configure kaia from scratch or build on an existing outreach project by importing data from a past outreach client.
The steps to setup are as follows:
- First, enter your outreach email address in the field provided. This will help you log into outreach directly from within Kaia when needed.
Email addresses cannot be edited after being created so make sure to use an accurate account!
- Next, select the "type" of outreach that best fits your outreach needs. You can select from a variety of types including but not limited to Blogger Outreach, Influencer Outreach, Link Builder outreach and more!
- Now you will need to enter your outreach "competition" or the keywords that best describe what your business is offering in regards to current market trends.
It's important to note it does not allow outreach to be performed on competitors.
- Next, enter your outreach "list". This is the list of emails and influencers you will send outreach messages too!
You can import a previous outreach client or manually add new contacts into this section by clicking the "+" button in the top right corner when inside activity manager.
- Now, select the outreach template you would like to use and enter your outreach competition!
If desired, change any other settings necessary for outreach such as time of day outreach tasks are performed or whether or not email retrieval is required before sending an outreach task from within Kaia's project settings section.
- We recommend not changing anything else in outreach unless necessary for your outreach needs.
If changes need to be made click "Settings" located above activity manager and then scroll down until you find "Project Settings".
- Once outreach kaia has been setup, the outreach campaign can be started! Simply follow the instructions provided inside outreach to complete your outreach tasks.
To view all completed outreach activities click on "History" located above activity manager in Kaia.
How to Use it?
Once you have configured it, outreach tasks can be completed using the following steps:
- First click on "Outreach" located in the top right menu of Kaia. This will open outreach where you can view all past outreach activities as well as create new outreach templates!
- Next select which type of outreach best suits your needs from among those listed in outreach.
You can select outreach templates by clicking on the "Outreach Templates" button located in outreach.
- Now, select which outreach list you would like to use for your outreach campaign by selecting an option from the drop down menu!
- Next enter all required information into outreach including but not limited to: - Blogger Name - Blogger outreach message - Influencer Name - Influencer outreach message
- Once outreach has been completed, click "Submit" in the top right corner of outreach. This will mark your outreach activity as complete!
To view all past outreach activities including submitted outreach tasks click on "History".
Clicking on history will allow you to see where each outreach activity has been submitted and by whom outreach was performed!
- Finally, click "Finished" to complete your setup. You can also finalize outreach settings from within Kaia once you have configured kaia as outlined above!

Once a User has ensured Kaia is set up properly, all meetings scheduled from either the Outreach Calendar, or a synced calendar, are automatically enabled for use with it, provided the scheduled meetings include the following: -

If you would like to use it for outreach, simply configure it and continue using outreach as outlined above in "how to setup and use Outreach?"!
You do not need to schedule a meeting for kaia.
Name of the meeting should be "Outreach Kaia Meeting".
This is because the meetings are based on your scheduled outreach task!
Meetings are not required to complete tasks in outreach, they simply provide an additional layer of convenience when completing outreach tasks.

After you have entered a Zoom meeting and Kaia Assistant has joined the meeting, you can start the Outreach Live Experience with one of the following methods:
Kaia Live Experience Auto Start:
Kaia live experience will automatically start on the assigned its assistant's screen when they join your outreach meeting!
You can also choose to toggle "Auto Start" ON/OFF by clicking on the Auto-Start button located directly below the Outreach Assistant Meeting Info box. Once enabled, kaia live experience will prompt outreach assistants that are joining for assistance with outreach.
First, click "settings" located above activity manager in outreach. From here it is configured and ready for use!
You can now start completing outreach tasks using outreach by following steps outlined above "how to setup and use it?". To skip directly into the live experience, click "start outreach" above activity manager in outreach.
Kaia Start Link in Zoom Private Chat:
You can also choose to share start link directly in Zoom private chat. Once shared, your outreach assistants will be prompted with the "Kaia Live Experience" once they join outreach meeting!
