The SMB plan costs $24/user/ month and provides additional features like shared email templates and CRM auto-bcc. The growth plan costs $49/ user/ month and provides advanced features like sequence personalization, salesforce integration, custom branding, reporting & analytics and more.

Mixmax also provides an enterprise level pricing plan which has custom pricing depending on the features you want. It unlocks all the mixmax features and you can have access to features like tasks & features, admin control, delegated sending and more.

There are a number of risks associated with using mixmax. The biggest is that there are no guarantees and you can’t be sure how many people will open your message, or if they would even click on it. 

You need to rely on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns to drive sales for your business (how much money you can make). 

Another risk is that some customers may not want their emails automated, which means you won’t get any replies from them at all. Also note that this type of software isn't suitable for businesses who have more than 6-7 email addresses.
